Founded in 1992, Woven Health (on Eagles Wings) is a charitable 501 (c) 3 clinic which provides integrated primary health care for low-income uninsured adults from Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell and nearby areas of Dallas.
With more than 20 percent of adults 18-64 in our area uninsured, the challenge is huge. Now more than ever, we need the low-cost care that Woven Health provides to uninsured and underinsured adults in our communities. And by providing a medical home for everyone in the community regardless of their income or insurance status, we can keep our neighbors healthier, our families stable and our communities more productive.
